Returns
How do I return an item?
Please be sure to include your order number in all correspondence. You should enclose a copy of your invoice and the unused merchandise in the original packaging, and mail the package back INSURED to the address below. No refunds or compensation will be made for return shipping or insurance costs.
You must call or email us prior to shipping your return to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this number.
All sales are final on seasonal and discounted items. If you aren't sure if your item is returnable, please call us at (608) 437-6346.
